This Policy tells you, among other things, what information we gather from you through the Site, how we may use or disclose that information, and our efforts to protect it. We will use your e-mail address to assist you if you forget your log-in information or if you subscribe to a topic you may be notified by email when a reply is posted to that topic. We may also use your email address to contact you directly regarding services, products or information that we believe might interest you. Only WMTI (or agents working on behalf of WMTI and under confidentiality agreements) will send you direct mailings. If you do not want to receive such mailings, you can easily opt-out of receiving further marketing from WMTI as provided in the Choice/Opt Out below.
You authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, violation of obligations to us under this Policy or any other agreement or policy, or other illegal activity.
We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Policy.
The Site includes, or may include at some time, a blog, discussion boards and other interactive features. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas is not protected as confidential and becomes public information. Abuse of Terms of Service Agreement
We have the right to share your name and contact information with our attorneys and law enforcement officials, if needed, in the event we believe you have breached our Terms of Service Agreement.
Collection and Use of IP Address
We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Please see Notice of Information Collected and Disclosed for more information.
When you register at the Site, WMTI uses a cookie to store a unique, random user ID. We do not store passwords or any personal information about you. We will apply the Notice and Opt-out policies discussed above in the event we propose to disclose your information to a third policy.
WMTI takes commercially-reasonable precaution to protect our users’ information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, you information protected both online and off-line. This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the County of Tarrant, Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site (and/or any information, Documents, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
